Photographing the Newly Refurbished Compass Group Australia Office

Tuesday, May 6th, 2025

I was recently hired by the design manager at Compass Group Australia to professionally photograph their newly refurbished office space—and it was a fantastic project to be part of.

The refurbishment brought a fresh, modern look to the office, with thoughtful design elements throughout. My role was to capture the space in a way that showcased both the aesthetics and functionality—highlighting clean lines, textures, lighting, and the overall flow of the layout.

It’s always rewarding to photograph interior spaces where design and detail are clearly a priority. From collaborative work areas to quiet corners, every part of the office had its own purpose and personality.

A big thank you to the team at Compass Group and their design manager for trusting me to document their work. It’s always a pleasure helping bring great design to life through photography

Market Day Magic: A Community Celebration in Photos

Tuesday, May 6th, 2025

Recently I had the pleasure of photographing Tucker Fresh IGA’s vibrant Market Day events. Held once a month at one of their 12 stores, Market Day is more than just your average grocery run—it’s a full community celebration.

Kids enjoy face painting and craft tables while locals sample delicious bites from Western Australian suppliers, there’s something for everyone.

My goal for the day was to capture the candid joy and connection these events foster—whether it was a child proudly showing off their craft, a family enjoying tastings, or staff chatting with regulars. Tucker Fresh IGA clearly values its community, and Market Day is a brilliant showcase of that spirit.

I recently had the pleasure of working on a photography project for The Esplanade Hotel in Port Hedland, and it turned out to be one of the most enjoyable shoots I’ve done in a while. The brief? Capture heritage imagery around South Hedland and Port Hedland—with complete creative freedom.

The final images have found their way onto the hotel’s menus, website, and walls within the restaurant. There’s something incredibly satisfying about seeing your work printed and hanging in a space where locals and visitors can appreciate it while grabbing a meal or a drink.

Big thanks to the team for trusting me with such a wide creative brief—it’s always refreshing to work with clients who value vision over strict direction.

If you’re ever in Port Hedland, pop into The Esplanade, grab a bite, and check out the images on display. You might even spot your favourite bit of Hedland in one of the frames.
